Application Process
Science, Language & Arts International School uses Ravenna, a web-based application, for all aspects of the admissions process. Please follow the steps below. We have limited open seats for the current school year. To inquire about availability and language proficiency required for a particular grade, e-mail admissions@slaschool.org or complete an inquiry form.
Step 1: Create a Ravenna profile.
Visit Ravenna HUB and create an account to begin your application. Make sure to create your account using an email address you will have access to throughout the admission season as this will be your primary contact with our school.
Step 2: Sign up for an information session and/or facilities tour.
Once you have created your account, visit Science, Language & Arts International School’s page on Ravenna to sign up for available information sessions and facilities tours. Information sessions are a required part of the application process for Pre-K through Grade 6, but you are also welcome to attend before you have submitted an application.
Step 3: Submit your application and non-refundable application fee.
When you are ready, submit your application and pay the application fee through Ravenna. If the application fee presents a hardship to your family please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@slaschool.org. Please note that the deadline for applications to all grades is December 31, 2020.
Step 4: Complete supplementary steps and track your application.
Follow the directions on the Ravenna application page to complete supplementary steps. These steps will vary by grade and may include school reports, student visits or playgroups, and parent interviews. You will also be able to track the progress of your application and verify when it is complete.
